as over the last years of working with Circle Council Ways I have distilled the essence of success in collective transformation into those 4 words: "See All - Feel All"
and have been unceasingly puzzled how much is ever anew hidden from us in either the whole we are as individuals (how much do we really know of our real needs vs wants?) or in respect of the collective we are part of (organisation, community). There is always a danger of overload, and there is always an invitation if not demand to grow, And: There needs to be just the right balance of things, and of principles .
